Footwear

New Items:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are sold as "brand new or deadstock". All items sold as brand new are in new condition and may have manufacturing factory flaws (B Grade) that we have no control over.

 

Used Items:

By purchasing an used or pre-owned item, you are agreeing to the fact that it is not brand new and are buying it "as is". There can be signs of wear. All pictures shown are exactly of the product you will receive and will not be different. Sales are final and refunds will not be given.

We reserve the right to cancel ANY ORDER. If we suspect that you have purchased an item through any unfair advantage, we will cancel your order and cancel your membership.

 

Apparels & Other Merch

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our support team within 7 days of product delivery. We will offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. However, if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
