Rage Against The Machine
With the CEO of Healthcare insurance company allegedly being murdered or executed by a guy who grew up in a wealthy American family, we have to ask ourselves if Luigi is a hero or a villain? I guess that answer ultimately depends on who you are and your experiences with insurance companies.
If you had terrible experiences with insurance companies, then you might consider him as a hero. However, if you work in the insurance industry or you are a CEO of any company, then you would probably think that he is a villain. No matter what, it is important to examine and understand what precisely caused this kid to do what he did. Also, it is just as important to examine the reason why this Healthcare company CEO decided to climb up the ladder instead of working somewhere else when he knew his decisions and the direction of the company would kill 1000s and 1000s of innocent Americans who paid insurance bills for years.
When I was driving on the rideshare platform in a small university campus town, I have driven countless kids from frat houses and parties. Out of all these kids from rich family or wannabes, I can only remember one kid who had a proper upbringing and respect for others. For the majority of these kids from frat houses and parties, they all just looked at me and treated me like I came from a third world country who was so fortunate to drive them. With that said, it is personally so difficult to understand why this Luigi character allegedly shot and killed this healthcare company CEO. Especially, I would never expect names like Luigi or Mario to commit a such act. Koopa/Bowser or Wario maybe but never Luigi or Mario.
So what motivated this guy? Is it possible that Luigi had a 🍄 or 🌟 or something else? All jokes aside, a kid like him who grew up in wealthy family usually never speaks up for vulnerable people in private and public. They only care about themselves for the most part. Some of them might talk and act like they care about others in public, but they don't in reality. To make my point valid, the news and people such as other corporate executives were talking about hiring or amping up their private security details instead of talking about what they did wrong and how they are going to do things right by the people moving forward.
Unfortunately for Luigi and all other American victims of corporate America's greed or not, this killing of a CEO won't solve anything most likely. The reason for that is because he killed a puppet and not puppet masters who are shareholders and the bosses of CEO plus their loyal promoters who are employees working for healthcare insurance company. Instead of fixing the real problem, they are just going to find another puppet and do the same shit like business as usual.
If this kid shot up and killed the CEO, employees and shareholders of that company, then they would have no other choices but to think really hard and change the way they do business. Once they realize profits and quotas don't matter when they are dead, I don't think they would care so much about f**king people over for money or job security if their brains are working properly. Also, who would want to work for a company when there is going to be a chance that you could get shot? For these two reasons alone, they will have to change the way they think and live their lives. If they don't, more people will die and the corporations will face a class action lawsuit from their employees for unsafe toxic working environment.
We could blame healthcare insurance companies and their CEOs all we want, but that doesn't address the real or bigger problems of what's really going on in the USA and possibly other parts of the world. To explain what I'm talking about, I have to talk about my job interview experience with one company founded by Koreans that is rapidly growing in the USA. I received a phone call about a job interview and the person on the phone told me if I was interested in being a department manager because of my prior work history and experiences.
Though I lived in Las Vegas for many years, I have interacted and worked with so many people from New Jersey. So I have a good understanding of what kind of Americans I was going to work with on a daily basis. This company might be founded by Koreans, but the headquarter was in New Jersey with most of their employees living there. This was a red flag for me personally. Because when I worked with countless people from New Jersey back in the days, I didn't want to work with pretty much all of them exception of 2 employees. Those 2 employees from New Jersey felt the same way as I did even though they all came from the same place. Now I don't know if this is a Jersey thing or a nationwide problem in the USA, but that is the only data I have to go by.
Once I arrived to the actual job interview, the story/offer changed due to their circumstances. I originally applied for a part time employee knowing very well what kind of company and situations I will be dealing with. So that wasn't a big issue if the manager position wasn't given to me. However, based on their behaviors plus what and how they said in the interview, I came to a conclusion that they are having a problem with hiring intelligent energetic hard working employees just as I suspected. And because of that reason, they were going to have job fairs at refugee camps, AYCE restaurants and senior homes.
They also asked me what I was expecting for my compensation after letting me know that they were only interested in hiring me for a regular hourly employee. I felt a vibe of this one Korean lady riding on a high horse looking and talking down to me like as if she was 1/2 of the worker I was. It felt disrespectful to say the least. I didn't know if she was a HR manager or not, but I didn't even have to talk to somebody to figure out how she got her position. FLUKE or something else but most definitely not because of merit! I'm willing to put up 100K to compete to see who is the better worker in any department. I guarantee that she won't do it because she knows deep inside that she sucks and she is extremely lucky to have and keep that job.
I asked them why would they even bother asking about my compensation when I was just going to be an hourly employee. I also already knew the majority of employees they were going to hire were non-English speaking immigrants and migrants. I wondered if they also asked those immigrants and migrants the same questions before hiring them. Maybe they were trying to devalue of what I'm worth. When everything was said and done, I knew what they were thinking of doing and what kind of roles they had in mind for me. Basically, they were expecting me to work for them for more than 10 hours in order to cover, finish and fix other employees' jobs including managers. I already knew this because I was somewhat of an expert when it came to that phyiscal labor intense industry and environment.
It was not difficult to find out these employees from HR department for job interviews didn't know much or had no clue about the company's operations. When I asked a few questions regarding the company's operations and business in general, they told me that they didn't know because they didn't do that job. That response itself was a huge red flag because people who didn't know much or not at all about the business and operations were interviewing and hiring people instead of somebody who is actually involved with the business and operations.
At that point, just as I suspected, there was no way I was going to be give them more than 10 hours per week as a regular hourly employee. The reason was very simple. If I gave them more than 10 hours per week without being the manager to take care of the department, I'm going to end up in a hospital in the future for injuries. I know this because I've seen it happening to others. Then the insurance company is going to deny my claim and I might end up in a front page news like Luigi.
As I mentioned earlier, I'm somewhat of an expert when it comes to that type of work. I know for a fact that if they have a moron as a manager in the department, many employees in that department are going to be visiting hospitals frequently for physical injuries. They will be visiting hospitals for the same injuries even after they quit the company or they fire them for whatever reasons. And for this reason alone, there was no way I was going to give them more than 10 hours as a regular hourly employee. In order to prevent employees getting physical injuries and visiting hospitals frequently, there has to be a manager in that department who is intelligent and energetic that knows very well about the job. However, that wasn't going to be the case with this company based on what they said and what I saw. So when you have companies like this all over the USA with a bunch of dumb managers in the company, there is going to be a record number of people visiting hospitals because of their jobs. Now this is not the only reason why an insurance company would deny a person's claim, but I hope you can see the picture.
On top of poor working environments, what about people hooked on fast food and wholesale shopping places to buy and eat in bulk? This country is full of unhealthy stuffs that are not good for people. Just take a walk to your local grocery chain and read what ingredients are in things that you buy. After reading the label, do you feel like you are at a grocery store oraa chemistry class?
According to shareholders, corporate executives and managers, everybody is just a number, but when it comes to them, they are not just a number in statistics. Just because they are corporate executives, everybody has to care, treat them as human beings and talk about them getting murdered for weeks? This doesn't make sense at all. Those who condemn this killing of CEO when there are people dying everyday for whatever reasons are usually the ones who likes to hide behind the law because they could afford it and they know the system is broken and rigged. And because it is rigged and favors them for the most part, that's why they want the court/legal justice instead of vigilante justice. They could easily get away without any meaningful punishments through legal system, but they can't get away easily from vigilante justice.
From my experiences of working for various companies in the past including a Fortune 100 corporation, the majority of people, if not all, who are in the management are puss who needs security. This is the reason why you should never volunteer to be the middle man between drivers and the company. You don't want to be the guy who might have to talk or deal with some angry drivers you don't know who also probably think that you work for the company. Are you at least getting paid to be a crew member for the company? If not, what is the point of you doing any kind of business talking to drivers? It's not difficult to see drivers looking fed up at waiting lots. I also see new drivers constantly but not the ones I used to see and talk to. So do you really want to be a so called "crew member" for any rideshare companies and potentially risk yourself of getting shot and killed over some CEOs and others who never gave a single f**k about you and your family? Why?
With this recent targeted killing of CEO, I believe private security/bodyguard companies will be making a lot of money. And this is the perfect time for bodyguards to make some serious money if they are not a bunch of dumb juice monkeys. Since knowing the majority of CEOs and managers are puss who needs security/bodyguards, you can charge these companies for millions of dollars. Every bodyguard protecting any CEO or managers should get paid at least a few million dollars per year as salary since nobody is willing or capable of protecting them including themselves. If they are not willing to pay that much, I guess they are just going to have to get shot time to time. Any security company doesn't charge and pay at least a few million dollars per bodyguard for these CEOs, then they are just stupid. And that company and their bodyguards plus CEOs they are protecting needs to be attacked by other security companies and bodyguards for f**king up the money for others who put their lives on the line for a job.
If you are a bodyguard for any CEO and not getting paid at least few millions, you are out of your mind and you need to either kill yourself or do something else. Why would you want to protect somebody who is going to 99.9% for sure sell this country out in a heart beat without any hesitation during a war? Do you think these CEOs or managers are going to put their lives on the line to fight for this country? Do you really think they are going to fight for you, your family and the country when shit hits the fan? The majority of them will save Ryan's private before saving private Ryan, and also they have a better chance of saving Ryan's private than saving private Ryan. So why would you sacrifice your life for some chump change? It doesn't matter if it's a Google executive or another from a different corporation, these executives don't give a f about you and others at all. They don't give a f if you are able to afford and put food on the table or have a roof over your head. What they really care about is doing drugs and having sex with prostitutes with the money they earned by getting rid of people's jobs due to their incompetence or poor management/leadership. When you have morons as a executive member of a corporation who are about doing drugs and paying to have sex with prostitutes, that company ain't going nowhere.
