The Modern Vegan

Located not too far away from the LAS airport and Virgin hotel, The Modern Vegan is a restaurant that has a variety of vegan (plant-based) meal options. I had a stuffed Portobello steak. A Portobello mushroom was topped with lobster mix and melted mozzarella and served with sautéed seasonal vegetables and asparagus, drizzled with pesto. Honestly, it didn't really impress me that much. Maybe I should've tried vegetable green coconut curry. 

It was an expensive meal compared to other usual non-vegan restaurants. However, this is one of few places that I know has vegan food menu. It was somewhat busy while I was there, so you might want to reserve a table if you don't want to wait.
